The meaning of earthing or grounding is to connect the earth point of equipment to the general mass of earth by wire of negligible resistance. This brings the body of electrical equipment to zero potential and thus avoids electric shock to human beings.

Driving safely on road has become the need of the hour. The chances of knowing the traffic rules and the tips to drive safely are limited for girls than the boys.
Thus, to help and to instill confidence among the girls, the Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology has organized a drive safety activity exclusively for girl students.
